We worked on this house for three owners starting in 2012 and over the years have completely remodeled the exterior including artificial turf, interlocking pavers, Hardie siding, and new patio. Later we converted it from a duplex to a single family home canceling one access door, remodeling kitchen and 4 bathrooms, wood flooring, interior paint and new roof.
